Biggest let down is an understatement. Drove 4 hours from NY for the unicorn release . 12-4. We got there at 1:15. Sold out of doughnuts and unicorn beer. They have been advertising this for weeks. Me and my boyfriend took the weekend off and planned a weekend around having atleast 1 beer and we never even got to try one. Meanwhile so many people had multiple cases of beer. They should have limited the beer they sold to people seeing the turnout of the event. Furious doesn’t even describe how I feel right now.

So even though online it says opens at 9am....I drove an hour to find out at 12, it's still not open and it's not really the place to go get food and drinks. The website setup is very poor.

Took off from work yesterday for the release of two new beers and was highly disappointed. Not only did I lose a day of work but I drove three states for this and by 1pm they were sold out! I saw plenty of people with multiple 4 packs way more than the two per person they advertised. Was not able to try either beer and forget about the donuts. When i went to try and buy 4 packs the women at the table told me "dont worry it will be in stores soon" not the answer i was looking for. I've always supported this brewery but this was just an awful experience. When they realized they were going to sell out within the first hour management should have stepped up and limited sales. I'm sure I wasn't the only one highly disappointed about this situation. Ruined my whole weekend.

Never been to the actual building. This review is on their beer which is amazing. Their sours are the truth. If you see a uptick in Nw Indiana sales it’s half me. Keep up the great projects.

Went to the sour me sourfest. Have to wait in line 35 minutes for a 10 ounce pour of bad beer. Understaffed and underprepared. Won't be back and won't buy in the liquor store. Update: they closed it down early because of keg issues. I want my money back. Bush league.

HUGE LETDOWN. Like others, we drove an hour to duclaw for the newest release which they advertised HEAVILY on social media. We got there at 12 when they opened and waited in line FOR AN HOUR and when we got to the front they had run out. They should have used some sort of ticketing system so people didn't wait in line for nothing if they knew they had limited numbers of beer.Additionally, TERRIBLE customer service. The place was packed and I overheard a manager ask a bartender if he needed anything and he responded loudly "A FIST IN MY A$$?" Seriously, dude? Obviously this brewery does NOT want people's business. I am never going to purchase Duclaw again. They created a huge hype and didn't have enough to supply their demand.

what brewery has these hours?! i guess they dont want customers. heres an idea, if you have a brewery, have a taproom where folks can sample your beer and have it open when people arent working, duh

Had their beer at Michaels restaurant in Willow Grove, PA and it was outstanding! I was hoping it was local to me so I could buy a few cases. Hopefully I can find it locally! What a thick flavorful yummy beer!!!
